    Can't log into Xbox Live

    I'm logging in with my microsoft account, through the microsoft account log in.

    I've already migrated my account and it worked, because I played after it migrated. I've been having this issue after I changed to the new minecraft launcher they've released through the microsoft store, and I can't log in to Xbox Live through the Xbox app either.

    Can't log into minecraft

    Hey, I can't log into minecraft after migrating my account to outlook.

    My issue is that when I was migrating, apparently I had a Microsoft account that shared the name and tag ofmy gmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy *** for outlook) , and I was able to migrate it that way, but now I can't log in using that email anymore, and it's telling me to use my outlook account, even though I am.

    Is there a fix to this, or am I screwed?

    I have the same problem, I can log into Microsoft no problem but I cant get into Mojang and attempts to reset my password through them aren't going through.

    Hello @MINEz1! I hope that you are doing well today!

    The first thing I would suggest is to try log into your Microsoft account here: Microsoft Account just to make sure everything looks good there. If you are able to log in with no issues, then I would highly advise you to contact Mojang support for them to check your account.

    I'm sorry that Mojang were not able to assist you with this matter. You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

    Hope this works for you and they will be able to fix this for you!
