Cant log into Microsoft at all

I need help with logging into my microsoft account. I’ve tried to call the number but i wasn’t put into contact with anyone at all.

I know the email i used for my microsoft account but unfortunately, i do not remember the password to the account so i’m unable to log into anything at this moment. When i’ve tried it keeps telling me that i need to use the authentication app to get access to my account but my authentication app is not connected to my microsoft account at all but it says i have two-step verification applied to the account which i do not remember doing. I cannot wait the 30 days to change my account information as that is a long time.

Also when i tried to recover the account it says that the information i put in does not match, which wouldn’t be surprising since the card on that account is old and i have a new one so it won’t let me recover it that way. I would very much appreciate some help with this, thank you!

You will have to submit an account recovery ticket as the account is most likely compromised unfortunately.

Sorry to hear that, as apparently you don't know which email address you have for minecraft, you can try fill the account recovery form to see if you're able to recover the account https://account.live.com/acsr
