    Can’t log into Call of duty online services


    Hi there ,

    Anyone know why I can’t log into Call of Duty services ? It’s been this way for over a week now, but everything else works perfectly fine. All the apps and games working fine. Getting this error message - Detrick Geilenkirchen. I’ve tried everything already but no fix. I’m based in Cape Town South Africa on xbox series S

    The “unable to access online services” error in Warzone shows up when the game client has connectivity issues. It is usually caused by the player's internet, network hardware, or server issues.

    I'd suggest you visit https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/cannot-connect-to-online-services-call-of-duty-cold-war/ and follow the suggested steps there. Hope there will be a fix.

    Thank you for coming to the forums for support. Is this still something you are having difficulty with? I know Activision was enabling and disabling their servers over the last week for Maintenance, mainly to do with COVID-19 upgrades due to demand/amount
    of people using the services.

    Let me know if this is still a persisting issue and I will do what I can to help.
