Can’t log into account

Since I haven’t logged into this account in a long time, it’s asking for me to verify it. I can’t verify it because the number is no longer in use and I used an old email that I no longer have. I also tried to answer all those questions about the account but I don’t have my old Xbox anymore so I can’t say what then ID number on it was. I have the correct email and correct password but I can’t verify to log in. Anyone know any solution to this?

yes I contacted them but I can log into my account and they said they can’t help me if I can’t log into the account it doesn’t make sense to me but I will try again, thanks

Unfortunately there is no way around this. You would need to verify your account. Is this a two factor verification or just a security verification? You can try to use the recovery form to try to recover it if this is not the two factor verification:

If this verification is the traditional two factor verification, nothing can be done if you don't have access to them anymore and you don't have any of the recovery codes you were given when you setup two factor authentication.

So when I did that I couldn’t log back into my account because I'm stuck on a infinite loading screen so it never loads. So now i can’t log back into my account and now i can’t play any of my games up there
