Can't log into 360 X-Box Live on my X-Box One.

Playing Hexic 2 and I can't log into 360 Live profile on my X-Box One. I tried deleting my 360 profile and redownloading it but it won't log into Live even to download a profile. I have restarted my X-Box. I have held down the power button to reset the
system and tried again. I have turned the power off of my router for 30 seconds and tried again. My network is fine, it just won't log into 360 live.

Can't sign into x box live on x box 1 but I can sign in on my 360

 

I deleted my profile on the X-Box 360 console.

I changed my Windows Live ID on my Windows Live account. Then i changed my gamer profile name on the X-Box 360 console and deleted my old profile and now i can not log on to X-Box Live with my new account. I read the help section on the X-Box 360 website
and it says do not delete old profile, too late......well i already did.

I can sign into the X-Box 360 website using my new Windows Live account password, but my X-Box will not.

So what can i do to get my new profile on the console to log into my new Windows Live account?

Thanks for your post, due to all the steps you have mentioned taking to troubleshoot this issue, its recommended to attempt a soft factory reset on the console. A soft factory reset will factory reset the operating system on the Xbox One but keep all games
