Can't log into 360 account on Xbox Series X

Hi I'm having an issue where anytime I load up a 360 game on my Series X I get a sign in error.

I tried deleting my local 360 save data however, now I'm just stuck at the "getting your xbox 360 info" screen and it's unable to connect to the internet.

My Series X is connected with no issues and an open nat.

Yes you can play Minecraft on Windows 10 even if your Xbox Series X, Xbox One or Xbox 360 is turned on, and logged in your account.

This has been affecting more users, there is no official confirmation about what is causing it.

Some players successfully fixed the issue by changing the Port Selection on the connection settings, from automatic to manual.

Go to Profile and System > Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Settings> Alternate Port Selection > Manual > Choose any from the Menu starting with a 4 or 5 (Example: 49215 or 57165).

Please try logging in first to your account on the Xbox Series X console then log in with the child account. Try launching the game after that and see if it works. If it works and the game has launched successfully, try logging in to your account on the Xbox Series S console.

All Xbox accounts you can use on either an Xbox One, Series X|S or even a PC have an Xbox 360 profile. This includes accounts that have never signed in on an Xbox 360 console.

Are you sure you're entering the correct email address and password? If you try here on Xbox.com, does it let you log in with these details?

Bear in mind that there has been a long lasting issue with some passwords when signing into an Xbox 360 (including the emulator on the Xbox One and Series X|S consoles). If your password is 12 characters or longer, contains spaces or special characters (like ~%&#) then you may have problems logging in and retrieving the 360 profile. If this is the case, change your password to be slightly shorter with no special characters.
