Can't log in to ZUNE

Whoops, I missed the notice of replies. I appreciate the help.

The issue is that we seem to be stuck in a limbo state. This all started with her trying to use some points she got for Christmas to buy a movie. In the Zune desktop client when we try to buy it asks for a parent account. I log in, and then purchase gets
denied. When I go to family/privacy settings in Zune there's no option for purchase. From xbox.com if she tries to buy it just says, no. Does not ask for parental account. She's able to log in to Xbox and Zune just fine and her Zune Pass works. But I can't
modify anything and she can't purchase anything. And as I said, when *I* go to accounts.live.com, it says I have one child (the younger one) but does not show her.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

I'll bite

Ipod touch 4th gen

-can't do Radio (been doable since Zune 30) or HD Radio

-can't tag songs on radio to be downloaded later when syncing

-can't do wireless syncing (again been doing since Zune 30)

-can't do streaming music from its marketplace (zune pass lets you and the Zune 30 can do this)

-can't output video in HD (although I will admit the HD AV dock for the Zune HD is way overpriced)

-has fewer media formats than Zune HD

-can't surf its marketplace from the device (ties in with the streaming and the Zune 30 can do this)

should I keep going?

oh and for refference the Zune HD came out 2 years ago while the Zune 30 came out in Nov of 2006.

and Hellhog how are you ripping to lossless or does it do that automaticly?

on topic: I like thermal clips and Im sad hellhog doesn't.

Odd, I couldn't cancel the Zune Pass without logging into Zune.net

I had this happen when XBOX was online but ZUNE wasn't when I first launched Zune. Try this: In storage manager on the xbox, delete any ZUNE updates/program downloads. Then, go to zune.com and log in with your live-id. Make sure you see your info there,
and no errors occur (this validates your zune account is active and happy) Then, on the XBOX, go back into to ZUNE (re-download it)... Launch the zune app and you should be reconnected. Let us know if that worked!

From the Xbox Dashboard, I think you can either download the Zune app, or if it's installed already, perhaps you can log into that to listen to your music? Sorry, haven't used Zune before.
