Can't log in to XBox Windows 10 (0x8015DC0C)

This is what I found regarding the error code:

Error 0x8015DC0C occurs when you sign in to the Xbox app on Windows 10

You get the following error code when you sign in to your profile in the Xbox app on Windows 10:

0x8015DC0C

This may mean that your Xbox account lists you as a child in your Xbox family, but that your Microsoft account lists you as an adult.

Solution

To resolve this problem, check and edit your family settings at account.microsoft.com/family.

I logged in to Xbox live from windows 10 and i've gotten these problems.

I tried out some of those solutions on the internet and none of them worked.

So I tried logging in Xbox from the internet and I actually logged in with my microsoft account.



But the result was like this. This IS logged in screen but the log in button on the top right part [로그인] still exists.

And the button is disabled.

How can I solve this?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox Forums I have read your problem and the problem might be that your Xbox account lists you as a child in your Xbox family, but that your Microsoft account lists you as an adult.

Is the region set to the correct one that is yours? You can also try clearing the storage data history from your internet.
