    Can't log in to Xbox Design Lab at checkout


    I am unable to make a purchase at Xbox design lab at checkout, when prompted to log in I do so and the page refreshes with this error: You can not login right now. Your Microsoft account doesn't contain information about First Name,Last Name. Update your profile and login again

    I do not have space in my name and I have double checked but still can't log in.

    Hello Deadspread, we have received some similar occurrences here in the community, however we still don't have any official position from Microsoft on why this is happening.

    Are you currently trying this on the Xbox console or the website? I do know yesterday the save was there as I did one as a test. Please let us know, thanks.

    Xbox design labs not letting me checkout

    I am also having the same issue when creating an elite controller it will not let you save or it will not let you check out. I have tried on every browser that I can think of.
