Can't log in to xbox.com

Yes, when i click "my account" or "sign in" (which half of the time isn't even there), it just sends me to that very page. XBF Leslie D advised
me to go to support.xbox.com, but i do not know how to navigate to the Windows 10 Online Safety tab, so i can set join multiplayer games to allow. Basically, i'm trying
to join a realm but this message appears (see below), and i can't find the settings needed to change this as the home page hyperlinks don't work and i don't know where to find it from support.

thanks for the tip! ive already tried from my phone and got my friends to try it and it has the same issue across all, ive screen recorded my issue but i don't know how to upload videos...

When I go to Xbox.com, and try to sign in, it just refreshes the page :/.

You're able to post here, so theoretically you should be able to do whatever you want on Xbox.com as well - the authentication is shared somewhat.

Also might try clearing cache and cookies as well.
