Can't log in to the Xbox App (0x406)

I can't log in to the Xbox App. It is error 0x406 that is the problem. I have tried reinstalling both Microsoft Store and the Xbox App using PowerShell, but the problem still remains.

Any help is appreciated.

i had the same problem and it took me a couple of days to find a fix for but i had found this from a youtube video https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/p/x...2818683)()()&rtc=1&activetab=pivot:relatedtab go here and download that from the windows store here is the original video if your interested in showing support (not my channel)

Thank you for responding. If you haven't already, I would suggest taking a look at this

past thread which has helped many others with the same error code. I would also suggest trying to sign in with a different account and see if the same error message pops up. Hope to hear back from you soon. Good luck!

you can try to deleted the app from the home menu of your system and Download it again!

I have actually tried that about four times. It does not fix the problem. What else is there to do? :/

Hi, I have now tried the clean boot. I have also done a troubleshoot of the Microsoft Apps. I still have the same problem (0x406).
