Can't log in to my Xbox One console

    Can't log in to my Xbox One console


    I'm trying to log in to my Xbox one console with my IP address to my PC but it says that it couldn't find my Xbox console with that IP address.

    Today after not playing a week on my Xbox One i tried logging on, the only thing that pops up is a black screen saying, Send feedback? which i can't cause there is no app for it or to just go back, and i can't play Forza Horizon 3 or any games without logging
    in, what happend and how do i fix it?

    Hey there Danniboy97.

    If you're still having trouble signing in on your Xbox One, give it a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds. If you're still having issues after that, please share the exact error message so that we can best help out.

    Have you tried your console on then connecting your PC to it. Hopefully afterwards the two should remain connected.

    He doesn't have a Gold account. The console here at our place is set as his home console, I don't know if he's changed the one at his mums. Is there a way that they can both play at the same time? My son logs in to a different account, I can't understand why he can't play any xbox at all when my stepson is also logged in.

    "You can be signed in to one Xbox One console and one Xbox 360 console at the same time. However, there are some apps that you can't use on different consoles at the same time."

    My question is: What if I play a Backwards Compatible 360 game on the Xbox One, will it log me off the Xbox 360?
