    Can't log in to my Microsoft Account


    I just got a Xbox One Elite system and when I try to log into my Microsoft Account it won't accept my password. It just keeps looping back to the password input screen. I know my password works because I am using it now. Is there a known issue with this
    or is it just my system?

    Can't log-in to my account

    Every time I selected my account nothing would happen. So I removed it thinking I could log back in to the account and all would be good. Now it says that account is already being used by someone on the console but nothing is listed anywhere showing an account
    on the console. Ive tried restarting and a hard restart with no luck. Help.

    I am trying to log in to my account. But then I have to type in the code for my microsoft account so I do that, and I know I am typing the right code beacuse I log in to it on my computer and on my computer the code works but on the xbox it dose not work.
    Someone plz help me I can't log in to my own account and it makes me really sad beacuse I have spent money on this one.

    If you still have access to the email that your account is attached to you can try changing your password using the forgot your password settings. If you are using 2 factor authentification it may send the request to the app.

    I'm sorry about this. If you try to sign in to any Microsoft website (like https://account.microsoft.com or https://live.com) do you receive the same error message? That your account does not exist?

    In this case, your only option is to fill the recovery form. In the article below you can get detailed information on how to fill the form:

    The Microsoft recovery form is available on:

    https://account.live.com/acsr

    No Microsoft employee can help users recovering their accounts. They only instruct you on how to fill the recovery form. So that's the only available option for a hacked account. If when you try to fill the recovery form you also receive the message that your account does not exist anymore, unfortunately you will not be able to recover your account.

    If you talk to a Microsoft support advocate, he/she will tell you the same thing. They are not allowed and have no access to change anything on a user account. I hope you understand. I do not work for Microsoft and I do not have access to user accounts too.

    Mine is the same, plus switch is crashing constantly, which it has never done before (3 year old switch) we also have a brand new switch in our house which is the same. Looked on Reddit and it seems a common problem since the 1.16.2 update.
