Based on the information you provided, your Minecraft account was migrated to the original Microsoft account where you have it created. It might be possible that you are using a different Microsoft account to access your Minecraft.

For us to further isolate the case, kindly try to sign into your Microsoft account where you have purchased the game Minecraft on account.microsoft.com > then go to Payment and Billing > Order history.

From there, kindly confirm if you have the Minecraft game transaction. Use the same Microsoft account to sign in again on Minecraft launcher to see if it works.

However, if you haven't found the Minecraft game order number it means that this is not the Microsoft account where your Minecraft account was migrated. Check your other Microsoft email addresses' Order History to locate the transaction.

Hello, the problem was that when using the microsoft login it was set on one email, not the one I used for minecraft. I fixed it though, by removing the email completely from my computer.

I know but I can’t log into the account that owns the game. This current account and the one that owns Minecraft are tied to the same email. But I cannot remember the name of it. So I’m wondering if I can get the account that owns Minecraft’s name back so I can log in and reinstall Minecraft.

how can i prove that i had the game because I've logged in with my email it says in the Xbox app which is logged into the account i played Minecraft on and i still cant download it
