    Cant log in to Forza Horizon 3


    I bought my original version of Forza Horizon3 two days ago. But when I'm trying play there is information "this profile is no longer availible". My profile it's might be banned because one of my family member tryed use illegal copy of Forza Horizon 3 on
    my profile without my knowledge. Can you help me unlock my account?

    Hey,

    I tried to play Forza Horizon 3 today but it wont work.

    "profile you are trying to download is not available"

    Would you please tell me how I can fix that?

    I think its the frst time I tried to log in since the latest update.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action
    and open a case review with the PET.

    On the xbox app it says product not available

    Log in on the Xbox app, and go to my library. Then check to see if Forza Horizon 3 is listed there. If it isn't, then you might be logged in with a different account you used to purchase the game.
