Can't log in to an account after leaving a family

That's correct as they are child accounts and you mentioned they haven't been added to the family, in the account that manage to enter the privacy settings leave the current family even if there no one else in that family, after this log out of the family site and restart the browser

Once done with that create the family again, with that account being the organizer, and add the child accounts, remember that child accounts can't be organizer they must be added as childs, and check each account on the family site prior to this to verify that they aren't linked to other families

May I ask what seems to be the problem with why you wanted to leave the family group? Are you having trouble with your privacy and account settings?

If you're the only one on the family group it means that you don't have one but if you're still a minor you need to ask your parents to create their own Microsoft account and add you as a member under their family group.

This particular feature doesn't require access to the e-mail account itself. The account can still be logged into on our
account page. But ngocphi is correct that your stepfathers account would need to be accessed to change this features settings. Happy gaming!
