Can't log in. Never seen this happen before. : (

When I try logging in, I get this prompt.

But this pops right up after it confirms my email (and it is the correct email). I don't even get the option to enter my password. I logged into my Microsoft account on the computer, so I know my password and all of my correct information. My two-step verification is all in order. I went to the link suggested on the prompt and that only resets my password. And the code doesn't help, either.

Should I cancel my subscription? I can't use it, anyway. But my wife and I love using the xbox for a bunch of stuff and my brother and I sometimes play games, so I'd like to keep it. I appreciate any help, guys!

Do I have to download the app on my phone, or something?

The app is if you have the two-step verification enabled, if there is none simply type in your password.

I appreciate the reply, but I'm still having the issue where I can't even type in a password. (Also, the page gives faulty directions, saying to click on options that aren't there. I still managed to find the page to receive an app password, but again, there's nowhere to plug it into the xbox.)

Here's what I see when I turn on my xbox and click on my account (I covered up my email).

The strange thing to me is screen 2 going to screen 3, not even allowing me to type in a password. : (
