Thank you for this automated response but all these links don't help me. I haven't been banned in game because I still can launch the game and use my account. The only thing I can't access is my MyForza.net account.

I used InPrivate browser, I've used my cellphone network and I still can't connect.

I would like to understand why I cannot access my account.

First thing I'd do is log onto the Forza Support site and make sure you haven't been hit with some type of enforcement:
