I have tried the methods you suggested, unfortunately it didn't work, changed my password, there is no minecraft in my security settings.

I have contacted Mojang and they told me to contact MIcrosoft, I tried to contact microsoft but they only had the option to post a question on here, and no way of reaching an Agent,I tried to contact PlayStation but They only leave you with a chat bot and Agents are not available for a long time.

I am very frustrated with this issue, from looking online it appears many people face it for 5 years now with no fix or clarification
