Cant Log-In my Microsoft Account on Xbox App (Windows 10)

I cant login and neither am i able to download any game over USK 6
I bought the Game Pass and wanted to download Hitman 3 but when clicking Download nothing happend. So I went through other games and found out I couldnt download any games over USK 6.
Then I went to my Settings and saw my Microsoft Account isnt connected, so i pressed Log-In but nothing happend again.
I reset the Xbox App in Apps & Features but It didnt help.
I even went to the Chatroom support but nobody was able to help.
My Game Pass is active, I payed for it but I cant use it.
Great.

Please Help me fast.
I can also Provide Information and Video Footage if needed.

Creating a new User Account did not work on my computer. I did log into my account on another windows 10 computer and the xbox app works just fine on that PC.

First login at account.microsoft.com and see if it works. If it does, Try reinstalling the Gaming Services app on your Windows 10 device:

- Right-click the Start button in the lower-left corner of the main screen, and then select Windows PowerShell (Admin).

- In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

- In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

- Install the app on that page, and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

- Restart your device, and try to install the game again.

If that doesn't help, Go below in regedit and delete both keys and reboot.

Thats not the Problem.

Go to - https://account.microsoft.com/profile/

Clicked on "Edit Day of Birth"

Fill out the info (even if current DOB on account is correct) & submit

Open up Game Pass app on PC, log out of account

Sign back into account
