Can't log in Minecraft Java edition.

When I try to log in it says on my brother's PC it says he doesn't own it (Minecraft: Java edition) so we can't play

i today buy minecraft and just logging that acc in feather client in which i redeem minecraft java and bedrock edition it not logging

Should I go back to Mojang and ask them to fix this first? or is there something else I should be doing?
