Can't log in a Xbox account to cancel subscription

Hello,

I had a Microsoft/Xbox account where I had a gamepass subscription, i've forgot about that account for months, now that i checked my bank account information, remembered that i didn't cancel my subscription, and now i cant log in my account and can't recover the account because the automatic system says that there's lack of information when i fill up the form. Is there any way that i can contact support to cancel the subscription? I don't even need access to the account, i just want the subscription taken down since i dont use that account.

EDIT: Moved from Outlook / Outlook.com / Account management, security, and privacy (pt-br) TO Gaming and Xbox / Account and profile / Account management (en-us) due to user having an issue with a Xbox Game Pass subscription.

I could not really imagine how important it is for you to be able to rectify this issue at the soonest time possible. However, this query of yours would be dealt better by our live support team so that they can properly check the subscription and cancel it. They are more equipped with all the tools and resources to get your problem diagnosed. Kindly follow the steps below to contact our live support team:

Go to Xbox Support and select Contact Us.
On What are you having trouble with? select Subscriptions and billing.
Next, on What's the issue? select I want to cancel my subscription.
Then press Next. You will see support article on how to cancel subscription manually.
Press Skip and under Other options, select Request a call.

you can cancel the subscription for an account via the steps shown on this support page:

https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/how-to-cancel-xbox-subscription

You can either turn off auto renewal or immediately cancel the subscription. You might have to log in to the actual Xbox Live Account details in order to be able to cancel the subscription.

If for some reason you can't cancel the subscription you will have to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

Did you stop the auto renew on the subscription, and can't log in? (https://support.xbox.com/billing/xbox-subscriptions/how-to-cancel-xbox-subscription)

Did you close the account and can't log in? (https://support.microsoft.com/help/12412/microsoft-account-how-to-close-account)

Are you getting an error message of some sort when you try to log in? If so, what exactly does it say?

To cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription, you must log into the Xbox.com account and go to the My Account section, then Services and Subscriptions. There is no commitment for the Xbox Game Pass and so it can be canceled at any time.
