    have been unfairly suspended from messaging in Xbox Live after reporting inappropriate message from someone else and can’t lodge a case review.

    Can’t apply for case review

    I recently got suspended from speaking on Xbox at 3am somehow and the suspension last for a week so I have gone to the Xbox enforment page and when I click apply for review it takes me to the terms and conditions thing but when I accept it it takes me to
    the menu again so I am currently unable to submit a review

    Can someone please help me solve this

    Communication Violation for a family member

    I am trying to lodge a review of my sons communication violation that occurred recently but I know for a fact that day he was not on Live at all and there is no other place to lodge this complaint as there is no icon to lodge a complaint.

    As stated on all enforcement notices and the
    Enforcement website     Support is not able to provide insight or alterations to any Enforcement action.

    If you are looking for more info on a suspension we suggest reading up on the
    Code of conduct     and the
    How do I?     section of their site.

    This info will provide explanations as to why an account may have been suspended and what each type of suspension means and which are eligible for a case review.

    Keep in mind that all suspensions are granted after an investigation into the account and are never handed out just for being reported.

    We hope this info sheds light on why the suspension was issued and while we can not assist further with this issue we are always happy to help troubleshoot other issues!

    That because account tampering cannot be applied since it on the Xbox servers not your console

    It's not something you can unprove since your account is online

    Not all suspensions/bans are eligible for a review and that is most likely the case for yours.

    I need to contact the Xbox enforcement team by any means necessary

    The problem is that I already did, and I received a case review. But I wasn’t able to fulfill the requirements to have my Xbox account unbanned, and they said in an email that if I contacted support they would reopen the case review. The only problem is that support can’t reopen the case review, only the enforcement team can, and support can’t contact the enforcement team apparently
