can't load the realm i have purchased it's been 6 plus hrs and still nothing.

hay there i am playing on the iPad Pro (11-inch) (2nd generation) (it was made in 2020 so it's still new) and as for the method that you mentioned yes i have tried that i have even goon to the extreme and logged out and back in on my account and i have goon and deleted minecraft and reinstalled it thinking that would work and it hasn't. i have had this issue sense realms was released honestly. if it might be any help i am not the only one that has this issue a few of my mates have complained in the past about it and we are all from Australia. and a big thanks for the trying to help
