    i installed ark survival evolved on xbox live&microfost and when i start the game and i click start, an error comes up and says can't load player connected storage. i been having this problem for 2 days can someone help plis.

    Welcome to the community. How are you?

    Follow this step and try again, please.

    Clean your console's MAC

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

    If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

    In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

    To reset the console>

    Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

    ***Do not reset your console without having your email and password.***

    My xbox series s is not connecting to the network. It gives an error message of HUENEME-CONCORD

    The xbox will load games but will not connect to online servers. Can't connect to any multi player online servers.

    Tested With the other account and it does not work.

    Make sure that you are signed in to your Xbox Live account and that you have an active internet connection.

    Check to see if there are any updates available for Ark: Survival Evolved. You can check for updates by going to "My games & apps" and then selecting "Updates".

    Make sure that you have enough storage space on your console to install the game.

    Try clearing your console cache. To do this, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, go to "System" and then select "Console info". Select "Reset console" and then choose "Reset and remove everything".

    If you are using a wired connection, try using a wireless connection or vice versa.

    If you are using a wireless connection, try moving your console closer to your router to improve the connection.

    Yeah I can't connect to the EA servers to get into a multi player match and I can't load the bioware social network website... it just started for me around midnight (central time)... hopefully its just due to some maintenance...

    I went through the entire checklist of possible solutions and nothing fixed it. I don't get the need for a online connection to play single player games. I can't even load my copy of skyrim.
