    Hi there,

    Today I tried running Ori and the Will of the Wisps from Xbox (Beta) on my Windows PC, and it wouldn't load.

    Clicking play would just close the Xbox app and the game wouldn't start. Other games were working fine.

    I've already played a few hours of the game and it was working fine previously.

    So I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, now it won't reinstall.

    It starts installing fast (14MB/s or so), but then always seems to slow and stop at 87.8 MB for some reason, and won't download any more.

    Eventually I get an error code 0x800704c6 - check your internet connection.

    But my internet is working fine, and I'm even able to download Sunset Overdrive while this error pops up for Ori.

    I had Metro exodus installed then it trying to update and coudn't. In the end I had to delete the game and now i cant install it anymore. Tried Rage 2 or other games and it keeps happening.

    Have you tried this since? Been a few days where the servers been all over the place and unfortunately couldn't download anything.
    Still the same issue.

    I rang support for the third time (after going through routine PC troubleshooting) and they agreed that it's a known issue on their end and are working to get this fixed.

    They didn't give me an estimated time to fix, so they agreed to refund this month's Game Pass fees, since it's been a month since the issue popped up.

    So anyone with the same issue can contact Xbox for a partial refund: https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I was halfway through the game and my saves are in the MS cloud, so buying the game on Steam would mean starting over. But that seems like the best option now - it is a fantastic game!
