Can't load my messages in the app

so basically I've gone a month without being able to load my Xbox messages on the Xbox app, I've contacted support numerous times but still no fix. Fix this Xbox before I start buying all my games on PS4.

Can't send messages through the Xbox app

I would load up the app, click on messages and the app would just be stuck loading. It never loads up, and when I try to click on friends list after tapping messages my phone would freeze up. It only happens on one of my accounts, the others work just fine
on the app.

Youtube app

Ever since the new update I got for the youtube app, the app has been AWFUL! 7/10 times it can't load the channel or can't load any videos at all! I've tried reinstalling the app but no good. I have my 360 on wifi but I doubt that would make much of a difference...any
ideas?

You said your messages aren't loading on the Xbox app, but are they loading on the Xbox? Can you see them on Xbox.com?

The delay in loading in profile info is constant for me now. It's the new norm.

I also see delays when loading in the list of activity alerts or messages, and if I go to send a new message, I get a loading circle in the message box and I can't start typing my message until it goes away.

What is causing this?? It's making the app unbearable to use. I have a 200 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up connection. My PC is hard wired to the router. Nothing has changed in terms of hardware or settings at my end.

Thanks for the reply.

The messages work correctly on my Xbox One X, and the messages show up correctly on account.xbox.com.

I have tried loading the messages on the (PC) Xbox app on two different devices, my desktop and my laptop. Both of them fail to load the messages.

Interestingly the (Mobile) Xbox app on my phone loads the conversations successfully, so it only seems to be affecting the desktop app.

However the (PC) app does work with a different Xbox account, it is only affecting my main account. So I suspect my conversations have got into a weird state on the server that only the (PC) Xbox app is unable to handle correctly.

Nah, the messaging is still the same as it was. It won't load any of my messages and I can't send any out. Only on this account and not on my other accounts.

I'm having a similar problem with the Xbox App for my iPhone. I was able to use the messaging just fine a few days ago, but now it says I can't because of a security setting. I've checked my account and nothing has changed, the only security setting for
messages is still set to allowed. Following the Support link for Reputation Check just takes me to my basic security information that has nothing about messaging. And of course, I can't get any desktop browsers to load my messages either, so it just seems
all around broken.
