Can't load library on xbox mobile app for android

Exactly! Mine is still doing the same thing. It's been affecting me now for 6 months. I know others who have had this issue for more than a year. It doesn't seem like Microsoft is interested in fixing it.

You have a large library, too, I'm guessing? I'm fairly certain that if there is too much to load, it just gives up. It pretty much renders the app completely useless.

Thank you for the additional information. If it's happening to your friends, then the issue here must be with the app and its server side connection. It shouldn't be an account issue.

I suggest that you instead give or provide a feedback directly from the Xbox app so the Xbox Team will be able to properly investigate the issue. Please also ask your friends to do the same.
Open your Xbox app on mobile.
Select your Profile tab.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down below and select Give feedback.

it's exactly like that. I have 1400 items in my library. The only place where the game library is displayed correctly is on my xbox.

So it's been a week and the feedback seems to have gone nowhere. Any other suggestions?
