Can't load last checkpoint on cod ww2

If the save is corrupted there really isn't much to be done. Try and see if it will let you reload that chapter of the game. If not then you will need to start a new game for that game.

Have you tried reinstalling this game and then perform a
power cycle on the console? Also, if you put your console into
offline mode do you encounter this same error message when you launch the campaign?

Hell yes I would love to see Ww2 done on the xboxone with more effects and better graphics. Cod 2 is still the best Singleplayer WW2 campaign I've played ( on Veteran) and closely followed by WAW. Cod 3 Singleplayer was terrible and had bad checkpoints.
It did have a really great MP though ( bikes with sidecars) and felt like a battlefield although the maps were still on the small side.

I like hearing the horror stories of CoD 2 Veteran difficulty checkpoints, such as it checkpointing as a mortar lands on their head. and breaking the game for them. Only time I cam close to that was in CoD 4 with an enemy spawning in front of me as it checkpointed
in the Missile bunker. I had to remember to hold down the trigger as it was loading the checkpoint or I would be reloading it a second after it finished.

CoD 3 had some of the worst with endless spawns you had to push forward or you could sit there all day sniping germans and having the odd GI step in front of you as you squeezed the rigger for a nice Friendly fire will not be tolerated reload of your last
checkpoint.

I hope its the last MW and last COD. At least for several years. WW2 is where its at.
