Can’t load into apex legends

    Can’t load into apex legends


    When I open apex legends an error pops up (0x8027025a) I have tried power cycling and restarting the Xbox but it still does not work.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Is the game stored on your External Hard Drive? If yes, please move the game to your Internal Storage then to check if it's the console or the hard drive let's try to play the game with the hard drive unplugged.

    Please unplug the external hard drive then perform a powercycle before playing the game. Make sure to keep the hard drive unplugged.

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    I am having the same issues on cross platform gaming on fortnite, mlb 22, and Apex Legends. I have set my settings to allow for everything I can, yet when I load up the games I can’t play online

    This same thing is happening to me. But the game was Apex Legends. I bought a $20 pack of apex coins and didn’t receive the coins. Though the purchase was in my billing history. Even if I wanted to refund it I can’t, I’m out of refunds. This is happening on Xbox.
