    Can't load Ark. Message I get doesn't exist when I enter it into the web site.


    Been trying to run Ark for the last 3 hours. It won't load. And the code it gives me does nothing.

    When I purchased it, there was nothing on the web site saying it won't work with Xbox one. If doesn't work, I need to get my money back. I did call the Xbox support and they said they can't refund me anything unless I go through this web site and confirm
    there is nothing that can be done to make it work.

    I have the same exact problem, today I played with my account but in the night when I tried to sign in with my account it said " it doesn't exist an account with these email" i don't know what to do , I'm going to talk to Xbox support, even I can't enter

    Xbox LIVE thinks I need a parental account to accept the new ToU for me, but my account is an adult account?

    As I already mentioned, I tried this. When I enter the parental email the Xbox gives me into the reset password site, I get a "This account is incorrect. Please try again." message. My account was promoted to an adult account and the parental account was
    canceled years ago. It no longer exists.

    When i try to load up the tab to enter the sweepstakes it gives me a blank screen then it says "An error has occurred. Refresh your web browser to get back on track" but when i try to refresh it just keeps popping up with that same message, i have tried doing it on both my phone and on the Xbox console's Microsoft edge app and i just get the same thing with the message.
