A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

Hey i just had another look to make sure but its all set to no barriers / adult / no restrictions / allow, iv only had the xbox a week! Every things been restored and updated, iv reset the settings, iv removed my profile and re added hopefully some one
can help!

You making this question even more harder. I'm in California and No VPN. and no I cant type the URL when I try to link my Facebook account. on the Xbox it self, If I open Microsoft Edge and manually type Facebook.com it works
fine I get to log in and everything works. But when you go on Xbox settings + Linked Social accounts + (here you get 3 options) link Facebook/Twitter/ or Discord.

as soon as I click link Facebook I get the error message about the URL Block, Its like a pop-up without URL cant edit it in any ways
