Can't level up on Microsoft Klondike Solitaire

With progress issues like these, there could be many factors behind it. but don't worry, please follow the next steps to fix the issue:

Step 1: Exit and restart your game:

To do this, select the X at the top-right corner of the screen to close it, and then restart the game.

If you’re unable to close the game by selecting X, select Ctrl + Alt + Delete, and then select Task Manager. In Task Manager, right-click the game you want to close, and then select End task.

Step 2: Reset your device:

Note Make sure there's nothing open or unsaved before you continue, as this process will automatically close all open apps.

1. Select the Windows logo key on your device or keyboard.
   
2. Select Power, and then select Restart.
   
3. After your Windows 10 device has restarted, sign back in to your account and restart your game.
   

Step 3: Check your device for windows software and drive updates:

You may as well need to get the latest updates for your Windows 10 device.

Step 4: Check the system requirements for the game:

Step 5: Repair or reinstall the game:

Game files can become corrupted or altered if you have malware or are running a game modification on your device. If your game is freezing or not responding, uninstalling and reinstalling it will remove and replace the files that run the game.

Install and uninstall a game.

I did all that and it didn't work. If I were to delete and reinstall the game, would I lose my progress and go back to level 1?

Klondike Solitaire Special is a version of the card game Klondike Solitaire. The game has 50 challenging level. Try to unlock all of them!

I lost my klondike solitaire levels showing up when I download microsoft classic solitaire app on my new pc. It is still showing the games played and won but not the level I obtained. Note the level (452) is still showing up on a second pc I
have. How can I get the level and the position I've achieved showing on my main pc.

I am currently on level 649 and Gold Grandmaster 9. Been stuck on it for months now.

Does anyone know the fastest time achieved, please?

I have yet to go under 1 minute 30 seconds.
