Cant Launch Xbox Games on PC (error code: -1069586941)

Hi everybody,

whenever I'm trying to start a game from the Xbox app i am encountering following error message.

I've already googled and searched a lot of forums for that error, but I haven't found a single solution to my problem.

I don't know what to do next (already did all the reinstalling of games and the Xbox app and the store, repairing services, reinstalling services, etc...)

I would really appreciate some help because I'm paying for gamepass and atm i cant really access any of what I am paying for.

This wont work sadly, because my drives didnt have system restore on until now (should be on by default imo but wasnt)

any other ideas?
Windows repair tool with win install thumbdrive?

Then you should try to restore the system, follow one of the options listed here, i would always recommend try first a previous restore point

sadly neither of the suggestions helped. same error as before, with some new games and with other games i reinstalled to another drive.

You could follow that option, is the second best one but the best is always a clean installation

Please, if you have an Antivirus active, disable it, also if you are using a firewall, disable it as well as any VPN software and then try again

If this doesn't work, and you have other storage device available, try installing one of the games on a different drive
