Can't Launch Skyrim - Xbox 360

For some reason I am unable to get my downloaded Skyrim to work. It's just saying can't launch Skyrim, which it usually says when clicking on the game from a different profile, but the profile I'm using is the one I downloaded it on!

It usually works but it seems as I'm unable to get online on Xbox Live at the moment I cannot also now play the game!!!!

Why cant I play Skyrim?

I got skyrim awhile ago on my 360 (download) and every time I go to my moms who has internet I can play it, but when I go to my dads who doesn't have wifi I cant play it, it just keeps saying, Can't launch Skyrim. Why
is that?

Are you also on the same console the game was originally downloaded on? If not, it could be a licensing issue. When you purchase content it's tied to the gamertag it was purchased with as well as the console it was purchased on. You can use the game online
or offline on the console you purchased it on, but you have to be signed into Live in order to play it on other consoles unless you do a license transfer.

In answer to your questions.

You don't need a working Xbox 360 disc drive to save games to the cloud. You don't even need to launch your games to save them to the cloud either. All you need is an internet connection and an Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you already have a subscription
for Gold for your Xbox One, this will also work on your old Xbox 360 to allow you to move your save games to the cloud.

Your save games can be copied to the cloud via the storage settings screens on the Xbox 360.

Unfortunately, your '4000 hours' of Skyrim can't be used on the Xbox One S. The Xbox One version of Skyrim is a different game and is not compatible with the Xbox 360 version. Unless Bethesda allow Microsoft to make the 360 version of Skyrim backwards
compatible, you'll have to keep your old 360 console.

MW3 and Gears for me can't stand ither. Can't wait for skyrim but each to there own!! For my online gaming I'll be picking up Battlefeild 3. I'm sure I'll miss other a launch not though choice but just because my wallet can't take it.
