    Can’t launch overwatch


    TE-1130E I have a problem with my installation I have tried reinstalling the game like it says and I have hard restarted my Xbox and it still doesn’t work

    Overwatch will not launch

    experiencing the same thing - but you got further by at least getting to press A Can’t launch overwatch :(

    Error code 0x80072efd

    trying to get on overwatch and it says ‘Something went wrong’ and the error code is 0x80072efd.

    I’ve searched forums already but can’t find how to fix this. Can anyone help?

    Hello!

    If you've already done the hard reset, and uninstalled & reinstalled the game you may need to talk with Xbox support at support.xbox.com then Contact Us. Two additional things you could try that may help are removing your account from your Xbox and then
    adding it back. Also there is an option to perform a factory reset without removing games and apps.

    Sorry to hear about the issue. What troubleshooting steps did you try already? Here's the steps I recommend trying, maybe there's something here you haven't tried yet.

    1. Power Cycle your Xbox One console.
    2. Uninstall the game, power cycle, then reinstall
    3. Uninstall the game,
      factory reset       your Xbox One using the "keep my games and apps" option.
    4. Full factory reset.
    If you haven't done some of those, please try everything and let us know if the issue persists.

    Games like Gears of War 4 and Overwatch which I purchashed with my xbox 1s have stopped playing after my live subscription ran out

    I purchased gold live and got Overwatch back but GOW4 was an activation code and i've installed it but it won't launch. Any ideas
