    Cant launch games on Xbox app (PC)


    Hi, Im getting this message whenever I try to launch a game on my new pc using the Xbox App

    "CLiP license device ID does not match the device ID in the bound device license"

    I can launch these games from my old pc but not the new one

    Tried to fix it myself by updating windows, xbox game app, ms store, unlinking my old pc from ms store.

    repairing the ms store/xbox game app thru windows settings.

    reinstalled the game i wanted to play (Forza Horizon 5)

    but none of the solutions above worked so far.

    Do i need to reinstall windows or are there any other options?

    Any help on this topic would be kindly appreciated, thanks!

    Cant launch games on Xbox App - PC

    Hello ^^

    you need to start the xbox app on windows, in the app you see a number of icons on the left that is youre owned/gamepass games. from there you can start them and install them. so: search - xbox - start xbox app and then select the games you want to play :D.
