Can't launch games/apps

    Can't launch games/apps


    Whenever I try to launch a game/app, it gives me the message 'Getting your game/app ready' , but the game/app won't load and when I close this message it instantly automatically pops back up again, any idea on how to fix this?

    News on Update?? Xbox One will NOT read discs/open certain APPS

    the games and apps that won't launch can't even be uninstalled....

    I can't view my achievement/gamest list and no solution works

    problem just got worse for me. i can't launch any games or apps this morning

    the games and apps that won't launch can't even be uninstalled....

    Xbox One Live is back up.

    Don't worry fatal, Live is up but nothing is working. Can't launch game's, can't launch apps. Hopefully it clear's up shortly or I'll be doing the same thing as you.
