Can´t launch game

    Can´t launch game


    I am trying to play a game i´ve owned since last Christmas, however when i press the game in the Xbox starting page, it first seems to start normally only to take me back to the Xbox starting paging with a message saying something like " Control that your
    subscription is still active " altough i just put a new Xbox live gold membership in. Anyone know what i should do?

    Can't launch game

    I've misplaced my game disc skyrim. Recently I've been wanting to play it and read online I can copy the game onto another Xbox, my brother has the game downloaded onto his xbox and so I thought I would be able to copy it to my USB and then onto my own
    xbox but when I select the game an error message comes up saying "can't launch skyrim" is it because me and my brother have different online profiles or did I do something wrong?

    I thought that would be the problem. So there's no ways can copy it onto my xbox?

    Hey there RoyalAssassin!

    You are correct. The game is licensed to your brother's Gamertag and his console. So if you move it to your console, only his Gamertag will be able to access if. However, you should be able to play it on his console (like Onyx suggested) without issue. =)

    The downloaded copy is licensed to the original console and gamertag that purchased it. This means that if you want to play the game you'll have to do so on his console.

    Try downloading it with the account you originally used. If that doesn't work try redownloading your profile.
