Can't launch game pass games on Insider Alpha Build

The Game Pass tab is only available on alpha and alpha skip ahead insider builds in the US and UK, you can submit feedback by the "submit a problem" you can also post this on the insider reddit which is probably better than here https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxinsiders/
you can also role back to the beta ring if this really annoys you.

It is currently only available for Insiders (in Alpha Build), there is no official launch date yet. You can still follow the updates on the official
website.

Not anymore... I am not an Xbox Insider/Alpah tester. It was rolled out last night also for the normal users.

I don't think the TV should matter - it's the connection between the external device and the Xbox. I also don't think you need to factory reset your Xbox - I won't say that you can't do it, but if it will inconvenience you I wouldn't.

However, I think we should try the Insider app method. Seeing if taking your console out of the Alpha Build and back into the general build or honestly different one may be a good method to try. The two Xbox's I have are on the Standard build (No insider) and a different build (internal) and both worked, neither are on Alpha.

If this fixes the issue, please let me know and I can communicate with appropriate teams about this issue on the Alpha Build.

I know a few gamers that enjoys the Alpha ring of the Insiders program.

They have 2 consoles that they use. One for the insider builds as it can have many bugs that will cause issues with gameplay. The other one just for playing games on.
