    Can't launch any newly downloaded apps Error: 0x803F8001


    I have recently reactivated my xbox game pass subscription but any new games will not launch and this error comes up: Deep Rock Galactic is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    I have tried all troubleshooting tips posted on the other threads such as wsreset and signing out and back in to xbox and the microsoft store, making sure windows is fully up to date. All games I had downloaded before I reactivated my subscription work but not any new ones. I cannot use my subscription in this case please advise.

    Hello I ran though all of your steps but did not have any luck, it still won't start any game. Although I am now getting an error for all games that looks similar to this. (Same file system error code)

    When did you start receiving this error? I ask because yesterday Xbox had a major server issue which affected everything from buying/downloading games and DLCs, games asking to be purchased again, payments being refused.

    Their servers are not normal yet and lots of users are complaining they're still having issues. Would you please wait a few hours to see if things get back to normal again?

    Do you have Steam games or other games that are not Xbox/Xbox Live related? Can you play them normally?

    These games are all being lauched by Xbox App, correct? Do you have Windows 10 or 11?

    Also, both games (both the ones you've downloaded before and after you reactivate your subscription) are being saved on the same location? Same partition, folder, everything?

    Also, both games (both the ones you've downloaded before and after you reactivate your subscription) are being saved on the same location? Same partition, folder, everything?
    Just tried again and now none of them are working (sea of thieves was working last night). This is on windows 10 and yes the xbox app.
