    Can't launch a game on xbox series s (fallout76) with active "game pass console" subscription


    Hi guys,

    The problem is when I am opening the game, after "press any button to start" window, console asking me to choose game pass plan.

    Only one option is available "game pass ultimate". After rejection of this offer, for a second I see loading window and then it goes back to "press any button to start".

    I have checked subscription. It is active. When I am trying to change it, console says I can subsrcibe for "game pass console" plan (seems like console cant see it in settings) again, and it goes even to subscribe window (literally offers me to pay for I have paid)

    I reset my console. It didnt work.

    I have checked both bank account and microsoft account. Both says transaction is complete.

    Would be great if someone could help with this asap

    You don't need to refund it, as it has been converted to game pass ultimate, so you will have game pass ultimate for the period you just paid plus the period you paid for game pass for console

    I did as you said. It works, thanks! But it is better if you out this game into ultimate/gold game pass. It a bit confused.

    And how can I get a refund for my xbox consol game pass. Since I paid today twice it would be fair if Microsoft refund me my previous purchase (I also dont know how to do it, right now I can only see my ultimate pass)
