Can't join Xbox Rewards

Discus and support Can't join Xbox Rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I am trying to join Xbox Live Rewards but it says I can't join because of my age.     Can't join Xbox Rewards


    I am trying to join Xbox Live Rewards but it says I can't join because of my age. I am over 13 why can't I join. I don't live in Norway.

    Whenever I attempt to join at https://rewards.xbox.com/join-now/ by clicking "Yes" and "Continue", I just get this message:

    We're Sorry.
    Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards right now. It's strictly because you need an Xbox Live account to join Xbox Live Rewards.

    I have an Xbox Live account, gamertag , which I've had for years. Why can't I join?

    I keep getting an error saying that Xbox rewards is not available in my country. I am in the UK. Why can't I join???

    Since the date of birth on your Microsoft Account is beneath the age of 13, you cannot join the program. The minimum age requirement for your region is 13, so you are not eligible to register at this time.

    Since your Microsoft Account is set to the South African region, you cannot register into the program. South Africa is not a Rewards eligible region. If you have just recently moved from South Africa to a different region, keep in mind that it takes us up
    to 96 hours to receive and process new information.

    As stated in the popup, Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards, so you cannot register into the Xbox Live Rewards program.

    The Xbox Rewards program shut down years ago. You also wouldn't be able to earn rewards points without being able to join a rewards program. You may be referring to gamerscore which has no monetary value and can't be redeemed for anything.
