    Can’t join Xbox live


    my Xbox live recently ran out. Now when I try to enter my code it says something wrong on our end and that I should wait. Well it’s been three days and nothing has changed. Talked to support and they said there’s a known issue with this but seriously how
    long does it take.

    Hi Ezra, many thanks for your reply. We do have the Xbox Live Gold subscription which is why I can’t understand the option not being there. It will let them join the featured multiplayer servers okay, we just can’t search for any others... hope that makes
    sense?
