Can't join Xbox Live Reward program bcz of my age? I'm an adult.

I get an error message when I am attempting to join the Xbox Live Reward program via a web browser. It says I cannot join because of my age. However, I am an adult. Born in 1981. My MS account has my birth date. Could you please someone help me to join?

I assume that this happend to me because today I accidently selected "born in 2000" at the gate page of a MS store Xbox game. I was looking around MS store website and visited the page of a shooter game, it asked me to enter my birthdate, then I accidently
selected 2000 as a mistake. I deleted my web browser cache and no luck.

I assume that the server computer of the XBox Live reward program collected my IP address and marked me as not adult.

FYI, I became Xbox Live member since Jan 15th, 2016. I am a Xbox Live Gold member. I currently don't have an access to Xbox console, I cannot change my IP address.

In conclusion, I am an adult in the United States and Xbox Live gold member. I want to join the Xbox Live reward program. Please solve the problem. Thanks.

I'm 13 but is says I'm too young

Hi, XBox, so I tried getting into XBox live rewards, but it says I'm too young even though it's been7 months since my 13th birthday, i really want to join but can't, please fix this.

 

Well technically it's the age you setup when you created your xbox account

So if it's xbox games for Windows then yes its set in stone until your account turns 18 it doesn't matter what you change in your email or account settings

 

Thank you for reply but could you please read my concern again. I mean i didn't set my age born in 2000 when I was creating my Xbox Live account. There was no age asking point when I was creating my Xbox Live account. I was serious enough when I created
my Xbox Live account. There was no mistake or reason I set my age born in 2000 at the moment of creating my Xbox Live account. I created my Xbox Live account by using Safari web browser on my iPad. I haven't open the box of my Xbox One yet which I purchased
recently.

The moment of age asking is happened only at the MS store website for eye-shopping looking around some shooter games. This thing is general for just every-time and for everyone when they visits the web page of some violence shooter's detail information which
contains "video of game"

What is the solution to me join the Xbox Live Reward program.? Could you please reply with some possible solutions?

Also, by the way, what does " Xbox games for Windows" mean?

 

Just for correction, maybe there was age asking point when creating XBL account but I was serious enough to do double check my age at the moment of creating my XBL account. there was no mistake.

 

This is a known issue of the famous "Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because of your age. We hope you will join once you are eligible to participate!"
