    Cant Join Party Chat on pc


    Every time I try joining, or creating a party chat, I get this message!!! Can anyone help??? I think it is an issue with my laptop, because, I've tried reseting, updating, and restarting the xbox game bar, but nothing works. And I know it isn't my internet
    because I am able to connect using the app on my phone. But I don't want to use my phone to be in the party chat

    did you set the chat to private so he cant join that might help then he cant join the party

    Can't Connect to Xbox Live party or Black Ops 2 Game with friends.

    Why would there be an issue when you start an xbox live party that with certain people you just cant join their party and they cant join yours, but if someone else creates the party room, everyone can join and chat. We have set and checked everything possible,but
    no luck.

    You can Private Chat between the 360 and PC but if you can't join a Party on your PC.
