Cant join parties or talk in gamechat

So i cant join parties or talk in gamechat on all mircosoft related games. I have open nat, i have teredo my mic works fine i have changed changing the bitrate of the mic and that doesnt work. My windows and apps are up to date, i have xbox services running,
i opened the ports on my router and firewall but no matter what i do it doesnt work and on top of that all of the xbox apps wont detect my mic, which is just weird i gave it permission the use my mic but it doesnt show anything at all, on the game bar it shows
audio and no mic, on the companion app it shows neither so please if anyone has anymore ideas throw them at me. also i would like to say i have tried factory resetting too but that also did not work.

Yes I can send messages through the xbox apps but for example halo textchat doesnt work.

so, you can talk in a party chat but not in a gamechat? right?

If in a party you are in party audio rather than gamechat. To go into gamechat whilst in a party go into the party, options near the bottom, and switch to gamechat. It automatically switches when you aren’t in a party.
