I'm playing non dedicated server with a friend on series X and suddenly same thing happens, when I invite him to my non dedicated server he accept but nothing happens. We tried both removing account from console/restart console but still he cant join my game anymore

- Is your daughter getting this error message regardless of the server she tries to join?

- Have you already tried playing together on a non-dedicated server or have her host the session instead?

Keep in mind that for your PC to be reached from the Internet, it must be in the DMZ of your router, the router has its own firewall to prevent network intrusion, bypassing this firewall by putting your PC in the DMZ could put your device at risk, keep that in mind.
