cant join multiplayer java edition

i cant join multiplayer, this has been a problem sionce i migrated my account to my microsoft acc which i dont use, because i accidentally put the age too young so it couldnt acces multiplayer. and now that i have connected the account to my minecraft acc i cant join my friends on multiplayer or realms

Kindly check and manage your birthdate by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/profile. If you can't manage that kindly ask an adult account to add you as a member via https://account.microsoft.com/family in that way they can manage your settings.

If you're an adult you can manage your birthdate via https://account.microsoft.com/profile but if you're still a minor, your mother needs to manage your settings for you.
