    Can’t join friend in any game except Minecraft dungeons


    My friend and i cant join each other in any game, on GTA it times out, on a lot of gamepass games it says the session cannot be found, we tried changing MAC addresses but that didnt work either. If anyone can help with this issue please let us know what
    we can do.

    Hey Hydrocarbonz,

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with joining sessions with your buddy.

    What is your NAT type currently? Its likely that due to an incompatible NAT type with your buddy, you are unable to join any online games with em.

    I recommend you check out the article that covers
    troubleshooting NAT errors and multiplayer games issues     to help get step-by-step instructions on how to resolve this.
